How should I prepare my junk before pickup?

No special prep is needed. Just make sure items are easy to get to, either in your home, garage, yard, or driveway. Please clear a path where possible, secure pets, and separate anything you want to keep so our team only removes what you’ve decided to let go.

Do you offer same-day junk removal in Casper?

Yes, same-day and next-day pickup is often available in the Casper area when you call early and our schedule allows. We’ll confirm the earliest open time window when you contact us, and we always give you a friendly heads-up before we arrive.

What happens to my items after you pick them up?

Jack’s Legacy Junk Removal prioritizes giving items a second life whenever possible. We first look for donation opportunities, then send eligible materials for recycling, and only dispose of what can’t be donated or recycled, following local regulations in Casper and surrounding communities.

What items can you NOT take?

For safety and local compliance, we cannot accept hazardous materials, including anything containing Freon (such as refrigerators and air conditioners), paints, chemicals, propane tanks, tires, oils or motor oil, biohazardous materials, clothing, or furniture that is infested with bed bugs. If you’re unsure about a specific item, just ask and we’ll help you find the right next step.

Do I need to be home during the pickup?

In most cases, it’s best if you or a decision-maker is on-site so we can confirm what needs to go and provide accurate pricing before we start. In some situations we can remove items from outside or a garage without you being home, as long as everything is clearly marked and we’ve agreed on the details in advance.

How is pricing determined?

Our pricing is based mainly on how much space your items take up in our truck, along with the type of materials and access to the items. Before any work begins, we’ll review your items on-site, give you a clear, upfront quote, and only get started once you approve the price.

What areas do you serve?

We’re proud to serve Casper, Wyoming and nearby communities including Evansville, Mills, Bar Nunn, Glenrock, and Midwest. If you’re just outside these areas, reach out and we’ll let you know if we can schedule a pickup or recommend another option.
